How to Order Your Compounded Medicine


Please follow the steps below to request your compounded medicine using our online form.


1. Complete the Online Request Form

Fill in your details and upload a clear copy or photo of your valid prescription using the form below.


2. Prescription Review

Once your request is received, our pharmacy team will review your prescription and contact you to confirm the order details.


3. Medicine Preparation

Your prescription will be arranged for compounding by our pharmacy, where the medicine is specially prepared according to your doctor’s instructions.


4. Preparation Time

Most compounded prescriptions are ready within 2–5 business days, depending on the formulation and ingredient availability.


5. Collection Notification

When your medicine arrives at Lindfield Chempro Chemist, our team will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection.


6. Collect Your Medicine

You can then visit the pharmacy to collect your medication, and our pharmacists will provide advice on how to use it safely.
